An 8-hour training course on Resilience, instructed by Mohammadreza Moghaddasi, was held with the participation of the Acting CEO of DPPC along with a group of managers and employees of the organization.
During this program, resilience concepts were presented through a combination of theoretical instruction and metaphor-based learning, enabling participants to better understand the scientific foundations of resilience and experience its practical application in both the workplace and their personal lives.
Focusing on individual and organizational resilience, the instructor addressed key topics including:
- The ability to adapt to change and challenging conditions
- Managing stress and work-related pressures
- Maintaining effective performance during crises
- Strengthening positive mindset and mental flexibility
- The role of resilience in enhancing productivity and employees’ mental well-being
- The importance of resilience in managerial decision-making and teamwork
In the metaphor-based sections of the course, practical examples and stories were used to explain complex resilience concepts in a clear and tangible manner, facilitating their application to real workplace situations.
The implementation of this training program is regarded as a step toward empowering human resources, promoting employees’ mental health, and increasing organizational readiness to face challenges, and it was warmly welcomed by participants.
