🔸Today, a group of chemistry students took part in a one-day educational tour of DPPC. The program began with introductory training and specialized safety instructions to ensure a secure presence in the company’s production and pharmaceutical-chemistry laboratory environments.
🔸During the opening ceremony, the Acting CEO of DPPC welcomed the students and emphasized the importance of the company’s role in advancing the nation’s scientific development and strengthening academic–industrial collaboration. He stated:
“DPPC considers educational cooperation with academic groups an integral part of its social responsibility and warmly welcomes the presence of students. The pharmaceutical industry relies on fresh ideas, up-to-date knowledge, motivation, and the energy of the younger generation. We hope that each of you will soon become valuable contributors to this industry.”
🔸The students then toured various sections of DPPC, including the factory, production lines, and specialized laboratories. Experts from each department provided detailed explanations of active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) production processes, quality control procedures, manufacturing standards, and safety requirements, while also addressing students’ questions. The group had the opportunity to observe firsthand the real-world stages of API manufacturing.
🔸This visit aimed to strengthen ties between academia and industry, offer students a closer understanding of real industrial environments, and boost their motivation to join the pharmaceutical sector. The program was met with active participation and enthusiasm from the students.
DPPC continues its efforts to support the development of future pharmaceutical specialists through a wide range of educational and research initiatives.
🔸It is worth noting that this educational program was organized in cooperation with the Syndicate of Chemical and Packaging Material Manufacturers, of which the Acting CEO of DPPC is a board member and an active contributor to promoting industry–university engagement.
