A ceremony was held at DPPC to mark Women\u2019s and Mothers\u2019 Day, attended by the Action CEO of DPPC, a group of managers, and female employees of the company. The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, highlighting the role, status, and impact of women and mothers in the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Female employees from the DPPC Kermanshah site also joined the ceremony online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the event, the Action CEO congratulated the birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh (SA) and Women\u2019s Day, and listened closely to the views and concerns of female employees in an open and friendly discussion. He emphasized that supporting women and mothers is an inseparable part of the organization\u2019s core policies, and that respecting the position of women is one of the key priorities of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support for Mothers and Female Heads of Household<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Women\u2019s Day gift, it was announced that the one-hour reduction in working hours\u2014previously applied to mothers with children under six years old\u2014will now also be extended to female heads of household. This decision reflects the organization\u2019s special attention to the needs and concerns of women who are family breadwinners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Action CEO encouraged women to be the heroes of their own lives and said:
\u201cI pay tribute to all the mothers of our land. Being a woman and a mother is a mission on which the main pillars of family and society stand.\u201d
He added: \u201cWomen at DPPC, through their dedication, capabilities, and precise vision, have paved the way for the organization\u2019s growth and development, and we truly appreciate their presence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appreciation for Significant Growth in Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Action CEO also praised the strong progress made in training and development at DPPC in recent months, stating:
\u201cThe importance of training has been pursued with much greater speed and quality, thanks to the presence of a committed and responsible woman leading the training department. This is one of the key foundations of organizational development, and today we are seeing its positive results.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pride in the DPPC Brand<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlighting the value of the DPPC brand, the Action CEO described it as a highly respected and valuable name and told employees:
\u201cWe should all be proud to work in such a family and under this reputable brand.\u201d
He added:
\u201cI assure you that with continuous effort and round-the-clock planning, DPPC will soon reach a position that truly reflects its real stature and credibility.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Special Gift for a First-Time Mother<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In another part of the ceremony, the Action CEO presented a special gift to one female employee who is celebrating her first Mother\u2019s Day this year, wishing her and her child health, peace, and success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Special Mother\u2019s Day Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event also included a friendly and emotional challenge, during which one volunteer employee called her mother without prior notice. With the call on speaker, she wished her mother a happy Mother\u2019s Day, creating a touching moment for all attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the ceremony, in appreciation of the efforts, dedication, and impactful role of women at DPPC, commemorative gifts and certificates of appreciation were presented to the female employees<\/p>\n\n\n\n
