DPPC held a commemorative ceremony for Workers\u2019 Day with the presence of employees, managers, and staff members. The event, warm yet impactful in atmosphere, was organized to appreciate employees\u2019 efforts, reflect on the difficult days of the past, and emphasize unity and determination for a promising future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tribute to the Martyrs of the Iran\u2013Iraq War and a Moment of Silence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony opened with honoring the memory of the martyred leader, the martyrs of the Iran\u2013Iraq War, and all employees who passed away last year. Attendees observed a minute of silence in their remembrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcoming New Colleagues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program continued by welcoming new team members who recently joined DPPC from Tofigh Daru. They were warmly received by colleagues and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psychologist\u2019s Speech on Resilience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Later in the event, Dr. Joorbenian, DPPC\u2019s psychologist, delivered a speech on the concept of resilience amid difficult and stressful circumstances resulting from the recent conflict. She highlighted the importance of maintaining psychological calm during crises, presented techniques for strengthening personal and collective resilience, and emphasized the need to cultivate solidarity and hope among employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recounting the March 2 Airstrike Incident<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony then revisited the airstrike that occurred near DPPC on March 2, which caused significant damage to the complex. A member of the firefighting team recounted the events of that day and the emergency measures taken to manage the crisis\u2014efforts that ultimately ensured the safety of all employees and protected facility assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speech by DPPC Acting CEO: Appreciation and a Call for Continued Effort<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main segment of the event featured a detailed speech by the Acting CEO of DPPC. She reflected on the difficult months shaped by wartime conditions and expressed deep gratitude for the dedication and hard work of employees during those challenging days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also revisited the March 2 incident, thanking all team members whose responsibility, cooperation, and rapid action prevented casualties and safeguarded the facility. She described this spirit of unity as one of DPPC\u2019s most valuable assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead, the Acting CEO pointed to the demanding work year awaiting the organization and stressed the need for intensified efforts to preserve operational momentum and continuity. She outlined new plans and development programs for the coming year and called on employees and managers to pursue organizational goals with even greater commitment and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She further emphasized improving productivity, strengthening the culture of diligence and responsibility, and recognizing the crucial role employees play in navigating the challenges ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honoring Exemplary Employees and Achievers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the final portion of the event, outstanding athletes of the organization were recognized with awards. Employees, department heads, managers, and workers selected as exemplary contributors were also introduced and celebrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To promote a culture of reading, the \u201cReading Worker\u201d of DPPC was honored as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appreciation for the ERP Team, Labor Council, and Head of Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members of the ERP team were commended for their invaluable efforts during the wartime period, especially on the day of the March 2 incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Labor Council was also recognized on the occasion of Labor Council Day (April 28). During the ceremony, the Council presented a bouquet of flowers to the Head of Security in appreciation of his responsible performance and proper crisis management during the conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acting CEO Selected as \u201cEmployee of the Year\u201d by DPPC Staff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the closing highlight of the program, the Labor Council\u2014on behalf of all DPPC employees\u2014named the Acting CEO as the \u201cEmployee of the Year from the Staff\u2019s Perspective,\u201d acknowledging fifty days of continuous effort, dedication, and presence on the front lines during the hardest days of the conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony concluded in an atmosphere filled with gratitude, solidarity, and hope\u2014reflecting the fact that DPPC\u2019s greatest strength is the unity and collective effort of its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
