Throughout the process, the procedures and documented practices of different departments were reviewed, requiring close coordination and continued engagement across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quality: Beyond Compliance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the closing meeting, the <strong>Chief Executive Officer of DPPC<\/strong> described the audit as an opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of the organization\u2019s current status and to advance its continuous improvement journey. Customer satisfaction, quality, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement were highlighted as key priorities and fundamental pillars of the company\u2019s business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Findings as a Step Toward Progress<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the closing session, <strong>Dr. Soroush Eshghi, Lead Auditor<\/strong>, along with the audit team, presented an overall summary of the assessment findings, highlighting the organization\u2019s strengths as well as areas offering opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The audit team also emphasized the importance of enhancing system maturity, strengthening process integration, and achieving greater coherence across the company\u2019s performance cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the conclusion of the meeting, the Chief Executive Officer expressed his appreciation to the audit team and all employees whose cooperation contributed to the successful completion of the assessment.
